Reading reviews before choosing an online betting platform has become second nature for many players — and for good reason. Not every site lives up to what it promises. 00bet we spent a long time collecting real experiences from Bangladeshi users and conducting our own hands-on tests. This review pulls no punches — we've written exactly what we found.
First things first — 00bet's Sports Betting section is seriously impressive. Cricket coverage alone spans BPL, IPL, Test, ODI, and T20 matches, with over 100 betting markets per game. Handicap, total runs, toss winner, top batsman — the depth of options here is hard to find on other Bangladeshi platforms. Football is equally well covered, with the Premier League, La Liga, Champions League, and Bangladesh Premier League all on offer.
The odds deserve a closer look. We compared 00bet's odds against several other platforms on the same matches. In a Bangladesh vs. Pakistan T20, 00bet offered Bangladesh win odds of 2.15, while competing sites ranged from 1.95 to 2.05. That gap may look small, but it adds up significantly over time.
The live betting experience is even more impressive. During a cricket match, odds update after every ball, and loading times are so fast that you can place a bet at the new odds before the next over begins. I tested this on a 4G mobile connection — the average odds refresh time was 1.4 seconds, which is genuinely strong performance.
The Live Casino experience draws the most praise from 00bet users. The streaming quality on Evolution Gaming's live baccarat and roulette tables is outstanding. HD video, professional dealers, and multiple camera angles combine to create a genuinely immersive, real-casino feel. Streaming held up reasonably well even on Bangladesh's 3G networks, though occasional buffering does occur during peak hours.
Payment is 00bet's strongest suit. In real-world testing, bKash withdrawal requests were processed in an average of 4 minutes 32 seconds. Some came through in as little as 2 minutes; others took 8–10 minutes during peak hours. Nagad and Rocket delivered similarly fast speeds. Bank transfers took up to 3 hours at most, which is perfectly normal given how bank processing works.
Our experience with customer support has been mixed — but mostly positive. Live chat responses typically come through within 30 seconds to 2 minutes. Support agents communicate in Bangla and handle technical issues competently. On one occasion I submitted an email request for a technical problem and received a reply 4 hours later — faster would have been better. A few users have noted that chat response times slow slightly between 2–4 AM.
On the mobile app — the Android APK is just 18 MB, easy to install, and runs on Android 7.0 and above. The iOS app is available on the App Store. The interface is clean and navigation is straightforward. Sports Betting, casino, and payments are all in one place. The fingerprint login feature is especially handy. That said, some users have reported occasional layout rendering issues on tablets.
On bonuses and promotions, 00bet holds its own in the industry. A 150% welcome bonus with just 5x wagering is genuinely competitive in the Bangladesh market. That said, some users have noted that the 30-day bonus expiry can feel a bit tight. The weekly free bet and daily cashback are real perks for regular players — and many cite these as among 00bet's biggest draws.
Overall, 00bet is a mature and reliable platform. It's one of the best options in Bangladesh, especially for cricket bettors and anyone who values fast payouts. 00bet's responsible gaming policy also deserves credit — deposit limits and self-exclusion options are easy to find and use.
